By accessing, browsing, or registering on the CoolTime Auto Aircon Parts and Services Web-Based System, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service. This agreement governs your use of our online booking platform, the Point of Sale (POS) system, and all related digital services. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Customer Registration: To fully utilize our online booking features and track your vehicle's service history, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information.
Staff and Administrator Access: Administrative accounts (Admin, Staff, Super Admin) are strictly provisioned by CoolTime management. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and One-Time Passwords (OTP). Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke access to any user who provides falsified information or violates system security protocols.
You agree to use the CoolTime platform strictly for legitimate business purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:
Service Payments: All payments—whether processed in-person via Cash or online through our integrated PayMongo gateway (QR/E-wallet)—must be authorized by the customer.
Strict No-Refund Policy: All confirmed bookings and rendered services are final. CoolTime enforces a strict No Refund Policy once a booking is confirmed or a service has been initiated.
Rescheduling Guidelines: If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, you may request a reschedule via the system or by contacting the shop.
No-Show Policy: If a customer fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior rescheduling, the slot will be released for other customers, and any downpayment made will be strictly non-refundable and will be forfeited in favor of the business.
Transaction Voids and Audits: In the rare event of a billing discrepancy or system error at the POS, the transaction will be voided. All voided transactions are subject to review and audit by the Super Admin to ensure financial accountability.
By using our system, you consent to the collection and processing of necessary data, including personal contact details, vehicle information, and transaction history. This data is utilized strictly for managing your bookings, verifying payments, and improving our services, in compliance with our operational and legal obligations.
Estimated Pricing: Please note that all prices displayed on the website are estimates. The final cost will be determined only after a physical inspection and assessment of your vehicle at our branch.
Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoolTime and its developers shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from system downtime, third-party payment gateway errors, or inaccurate information provided by the user.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms, as well as the system's features, at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the province of Laguna.
